Car stuff...
So, we went to the dealer on saturday, matt test drove the car, twice. I called my loan company, and got my loan all done, and got insurance, thinking i could take my car home that day...nope, because i didn't have my loan check IN hand. So now i have to wait until i have my loan check in my hand to hand it to them and then i can have my car.. not too bad but i was a little upset.. oh well.. hopefully monday or tuesday!

First entry and a Pattern
So i knit my own pattern today! I wrote it down as i knit it, i love it! :) and i present you with...Marzipan!
Knit Marzipan
CO 6 stitches and divide evenly between 3 DPN's
row 1 : KFB all stitches
row 2: K all
row 3: KFB K3 (do a total of 3 times)
row 4: K all
row 5: KFB K4 (do a total of 3 times)
row 6: K all
row 7: KFB K5 (do a total of 3 times)
row 8: K all
row 9: KFB K6 (do a total of 3 times)
row 10: K all
repeat row 10, four more times
row 15: ssk, K to end
row 16: K all
row 17: K all
row 18: ssk, K to end
row 19: k all
row 20: K all
row 21: K all
row 22: K all
row 23: ssk, K to end
row 24 - 26: K all
row 27: K5 ssk, K to end
row 28-30: K all
row 31: K5 ssk, K to end
row 32-34: K all
row 35: K5, ssk, K to end
row 36: K all
row 37: K10, ssk, K to end
row 38-40: K all
row 41: K10, ssk, K to end
row 42-44: K all
row 45: K10, ssk, K to end
row 46: K all
row 47: K2Tog 7 times, K1
Leave at least 8 inches of tail yarn.
At this point you'll sew on eyes and mouth. after that make a tassle for her hair sew it on the back of her head, and wrap at base of "pony tail" with main color of skirt.
Stuff generously, but not so much that the stuffing will show through. With needle, thread your stitches, and sew securely. Marzipan, is complete.
Marzipan's Skirt.
CO 24, and divide evenly among DPN's
continue for 5 rows in K2P2 ribbing
switch to stockinette stitch for 1 round.
next round k2 m1.
next round and all following rounds, will be plain stockinette stitch, K to desired length, bind off weave in ends, Put skirt on, and Voila you've got yourself a Marzipan!
